La Folie AOP

This sulphur-free cuvée is named after the plot where its grapes
are cultivated, at the very heart of the Saint-Amour appellation.
It has been awarded with several gold medals in 2018 and 2019
during national and international wine contests.

• Soils
Alluvial stony ground, with sandstone at the surface.
• Grape variety
White juice black Gamay.
• Harvesting, winemaking and aging
Harvesting method: By hand.
Winemaking method: Destemmed grapes, semi-carbonic, sulphurfree
fermentation.
Winemaking length: 20 days vatting-time and 10 months aging on
fine lees.
• Tasting notes
Robe: Deep ruby colour with purplish highlights.
Nose: Characterized by a complex palette of violet and black fruits,
spiced flavours.
Palate: Strong and silky structure. Our wine is characterized by
surprisingly powerful aromas and notes of spices. Its elegance and
depth will transport you to the very heart of the Saint-Amour terroir.

Our Saint-Amour will perfectly match with game meat, white meat
(poultry, veal) and refined cheese.

Prestige des Pins AOP

 

This vintage matured in French oak barrels is made of grapes
selected from our most beautiful soils. It expresses the Gamay’s
vivacity mixed with the sophistication of the wood.

• Soils
Blend of rich and various soils with blue volcanic and granitic rocks.
• Grape variety
White juice black Gamay.

• Harvesting, winemaking and aging
Harvesting method: By hand.
Winemaking method: Destemmed grapes, semi-carbonic.
Winemaking length: 20 days vatting-time and 15 months aging in
French oak barrels.

• Tasting notes
Robe: Deep ruby colour.
Nose: Subtle attack of black fruits and vanilla, followed by green
spices aromas such as cardamom, with a slightly toasted final.
Palate: Robust, tannic and silky structure. Surprising by its freshness,
this vintage conducts us in a universe of spices and fresh fruits with
a toasted end.

This sophisticated wine will be perfect when served with traditional
French dishes like stews or white meat in sauce.

Tradition des Pins AOP

This crispy, aromatic and charming wine represents the essence of
the Gamay noir cépage and the Cru Saint-Amour appellation.

 

• Soils
Very rich and diversified soils with limestone, granite and clay.

• Grape variety
White juice black Gamay.

• Harvesting, winemaking and aging
Harvesting method: By hand.
Winemaking method: Destemmed grapes, semi-carbonic.
Winemaking length: 20 days vatting-time and 12 months aging on
fine lees.

• Tasting notes
Robe: Deep ruby colour with purplish highlights.
Nose: Intense and complex nose combining redcurrant and raspberry
flavours with notes of peony, soft spices and aromatic herbs like
thyme and rosemary.
Palate: The attack is round and soft and followed by a crisp, powerful
and structured palate. The fragrances of the nose can be found in a
lively and long-lasting finish.

L’amour en Blanc AOP

 

This aromatic, fruity and round wine expresses all the freshness
and the delicacy of the white Beaujolais. With its slightly woody

notes, it is a rare and sophisticated wine.

• Soils
Slightly stony soil of foothills and alluvial stony groung.

• Grape variety
Chardonnay.

• Harvesting, winemaking and aging
Harvesting method: By hand.
Winemaking method: Grapes are pressed directly after harvest and
followed by a low temperature vinification.
Winemaking length: 3 weeks vatting-time and 7 months aging on
fine lees.
• Tasting notes
Robe: Bright golden colour.
Nose: This wine delivers a range of delicate aromas, from white
flowers to citrus peels and finishes with a slight woody note.
Palate: A perfect balance between fruity and woody aromas. After
a fruity attack it reveals fresh grapefruit peel flavours. The final on

mellow and fresh wooden notes is smooth on the palate.

with seafood or delicate dishes.
